What to do when all the sushi restaurants wants to be "refined and "high society" places?
That's the situation in my hometown. In our analysis, we saw that every restaurante uses a lot of black, red circles and asian brush lettering style. So, we decided to forget all the refined elements that most sushi restaurantes have in their identity and disrupt with a visual identity that goes in the heart of Asian Pop Culture. We don't want to be exclusive (high society), we want sushi for the people. We don't want to be refined, we want to be simple, and fast. Flo Sushi is a restaurant specialised in Kaiten Sushi and Take Away service.
