There are seven sandwiches representing the countries – Brazil, Argentina, Germany, Mexico, France, Italy, and the United States, in addition to items like special McFries, McShake, and McFlurry in the Brazil combo, and two new coffees to represent Canada – McCafé Canada Iced and McCafé Canada Hot.
